The Dubit Family Panel allows young people and parents to get involved in campaigns run by brands and organisations that impact our lives every day.

If you are under 16 you will need a parent to register you and your family. This does not mean you will not be able to get involved in campaigns by yourself - if you are aged 13 and over you will have the opportunity to get involved in social marketing campaigns that can make a positive difference to your life and the lives of those around you.

Mums and dads can get involved in campaigns for all kinds of brands and organisations and have great fun in doing it along the way.

The Dubit Insider Programme

It has become apparent recently that there is some misunderstanding about the nature and intent of the Insider programme which has resulted in some inaccurate and misleading press and online comment.

For the avoidance of doubt, we are now clarifying the regulations and guidelines we abide by as well as the membership criteria for the Dubit Insider Programme and the Dubit Family Panel.

All Insider and Family Panel activities comply with the strict regulations set out by the Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, ASA (CAP Code) and DMA guidelines.

The Dubit Insider site only accepts applications from young people aged 13 - 24 years old. We do not accept applications from anyone under the age of 13 and all applications from parents go through the Dubit Family Panel. Young people aged 13- 15 are only able to get involved in social marketing campaigns and only with the express permission of their parents. Nobody under the age of 16 will receive any incentives from brands or commercial companies to promote their products or services.

We have always ensured that if young people under the age of 16 want to participate in our programme, it is always with the formal consent of their parents, and we ensure they are never involved in any activity that could be considered in any way harmful. No-one under the age of 16 has ever been allowed to promote any products that are now deemed High in Fat, Sugar and Salt (HFSS) or involved in any campaigns that are inappropriate for them.

Since Dubit was first set up by teenagers as part of the Young Enterprise Scheme while still at school, we have always believed that young people are enterprising and have a role to play in advising and helping companies and organisations in a responsible way. Over the last five years Dubit has created a programme that is rewarding and enjoyable for young people, and empowers them responsibly. We are proud of this achievement.
